1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 4K IPTV Ireland service, including any free trial, IPTV subscription, or reseller program, you ("User", "Customer", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our IPTV service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

2Service Description

4K IPTV Ireland provides a premium IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) streaming service that allows subscribers to access live channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, and other media via internet connection on supported devices.

Our IPTV service includes:

• Access to a curated selection of live IPTV channels
• VOD library of movies and series
• Multi-device support (Smart TV, Firestick, Android, iOS, Windows, Mac, MAG, Enigma2)
• Setup guides and 24/7 customer support
• Free 24-hour trial for new users

We do not host, broadcast, or own any of the content delivered through our IPTV service. We act solely as a middleware provider connecting users to publicly available streams.

3Eligibility & Account Registration

To use our IPTV service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your IPTV account credentials
• Use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes (unless on a reseller plan)

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your IPTV account. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately.

4Subscription Plans & Payment

4.1 IPTV Subscription Plans

We offer flexible IPTV subscription durations: 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, and 12 Months, with support for 1 to 5 devices. Pricing is displayed on our Subscription page and may change at any time without notice for new subscribers (existing subscribers retain their current rate until renewal).

4.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed via secure third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, Card)
• Payments must be completed before IPTV service activation
• All prices are in Euros (€) and inclusive of applicable taxes where required
• Subscriptions are one-time payments — no auto-renewal unless explicitly opted in

4.3 Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is reversed (chargeback), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your IPTV service immediately.

5Free Trial Terms

We offer a 24-hour free IPTV trial to allow new users to test our service. The trial is subject to the following conditions:

• One trial per household, IP address, and device
• Trial duration: 24 hours from activation
• Access limited to 1 device during the trial period
• No credit card or payment information required
• Trial credentials are non-transferable

6Fair Usage Policy

To ensure a quality IPTV experience for all subscribers, the following fair usage rules apply:

• IPTV credentials may only be used on the number of devices specified in your plan (1-5)
• Simultaneous streams are limited per your plan
• Account sharing with non-household members is strictly prohibited
• Geographic location of access may be monitored to detect abuse
• Excessive bandwidth use beyond reasonable personal viewing may result in service throttling

Violations of this fair usage policy may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your IPTV account without refund.

7Account Responsibilities & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your IPTV credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your IPTV username, password, and M3U/Xtream Codes URL confidential
• Not share your IPTV login details with third parties
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your IPTV account

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

8Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the 4K IPTV Ireland service to:

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• Resell or redistribute IPTV access without an authorized reseller account
• Record, copy, distribute, or publicly broadcast content from our IPTV service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our IPTV infrastructure
• Bypass or interfere with security or access controls
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access our service
• Share your IPTV account with non-household users
• Use the service in jurisdictions where IPTV streaming is prohibited by law

9Intellectual Property Rights

The 4K IPTV Ireland brand, website design, logos, content, and all associated materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them without our written permission.

All third-party content delivered through our IPTV service is owned by its respective copyright holders. We do not claim ownership of any third-party broadcasts, channels, or media.

If you believe content delivered through our IPTV service infringes your copyright, please review our DMCA Policy and submit a takedown request.

10Service Availability & Disclaimers

We strive to maintain 99.9% IPTV service uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The IPTV service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Service interruptions may occur due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Technical issues or server outages
• Internet connectivity problems on your end
• Third-party content provider issues
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government action, etc.)

Channel availability may vary, and channels may be added, removed, or replaced without prior notice based on availability and licensing.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish and EU law, 4K IPTV Ireland and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from service interruptions or downtime
• Damages caused by third-party content or services
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for your current IPTV subscription

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your IPTV account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks
• Account sharing or unauthorized reselling
• Any conduct deemed harmful to our service or other users
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, your access to the IPTV service will be revoked immediately. Refunds (if applicable) are governed by our Refund Policy.

You may cancel your IPTV subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

13Reseller Terms

If you participate in our IPTV Reseller Program, additional terms apply:

• Reseller credits are non-refundable once issued
• You may set your own retail prices for end customers
• You are responsible for managing and supporting your own customers
• You must not misrepresent our IPTV service or make false claims
• Bulk reselling, automated mass creation, or abuse of the panel is prohibited
• We may revoke reseller access for any violation of these reseller terms

14Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on our IPTV website. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the current version.

Continued use of our IPTV service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue use of the service.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from your use of the 4K IPTV Ireland service shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ireland.

Before initiating legal action, we encourage you to contact our support team to seek an amicable resolution. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
